What is the primary function of the cameras?
The cameras are not primarily used to monitor staff. The cameras are installed to offer parents the opportunity to see how their child is doing throughout the day. This will also give the staff members a chance to show parents what their child is involved with and show that they are good teachers and care givers.
How secure is the website?
We install the most advanced security technology available. All video steams are encrypted to prevent any unauthorized access to the cameras. For added security, the address is never transmitted along with the video stream. Any user also needs a special username and password to access the system.
Who has viewing access to the cameras?
Parents at Ease will only allow subscribing members to access the cameras. You will need a username and password to view the cameras. Parents and permitted relatives will only be able to use the system.
How fast do you respond in case the cameras are not working?
Since we are a locally owned and operated company, and install as well as maintain the equipment, repairs or adjustments are made the day the information is brought to our attention. Should the problems arrive near closing time of the center, the adjustments will be made soon after the center opens the following morning.
Can we have cameras on an outdoor playground?
Yes, weatherproof outdoor cameras are available. There is no additional fee for the camera, they are priced the same as the indoor cameras.
SPECIAL NOTE
Since we monitor the system daily, if we discover that someone has disclosed their username and password to a person unauthorized to use that account, the account will be immediately suspended.
