Technical Information
To access the video stream:
You must have a Java enabled (compatible) browser with 128 bit
encryption to view the
streaming video. These include Internet Explorer, Netscape and Opera 5.0.
Currently, the java engine in Netscape browsers for the Macintosh do not support the
full number of parameters necessary to display the streaming video.

Login information:
How do I login?
1. Go to www.parentsatease.com, on the main home page, there will be a link that says
All locations click here to log in
2. A pop up window will appear asking you for your user name and
password. After you input your valid user name and password, you will be taken
to a secure area to view the webcast.
3. Your username and password allows you to view all the cameras from your childs location.
What if I forget my username or password?
You can call either the director of your center, Russell at 402-871-5167 or fill out the form on our contact us page and either myself or a representative will be happy to assist you.
Is it OK to share my account with a friend from the same day care?
No. Any users of the system must have there own login account. No sharing of passwords is allowed. Any abuse and the account would be subject to suspension. However, Parents who wish to give their information out to grandparents, or other relative are free to do so.

Why can't I see the streaming video?
You must have a 128bit encryption enabled browser to access our webcast. To check
your browsers encryption strength in;
Internet Explorer
Click Help >> About Internet Explorer >>
On the pop-up window you should see...
Version: 4.xx, 5.xx
Cipher Strength: 40-bit - 128-bit
Cipher strength must be 128-bit
Netscape
Click help >> About Communicator >>

This version supports U.S. security with RSA
Public Key Cryptography, MD2, MD5, RC2-CBC,
RC4,DES-CBC, DES-EDE3-CBC
There are times when some can view the streaming video and others cannot. The problem may simply be
the type of browser that you are using or whether or not java is enabled for that browser.
To enable java in Internet Explorer...
Click Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced tab.
Scroll down the list until you see Java VM or Microsoft VM
Check the box for "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled"
If you do not see JavaVM in your list, you will need to go to www.microsoft.com and download it.
To enable java in Netscape...
Click Edit >> Preferences >> Advanced.
Check the box for "Enable Java"
If you get an error when trying to view the streaming video in a pop-up
window - you probably do not have javascript enabled within your browser.
In Internet Explorer...
Select menu: Tools >> Internet Options >> TSecurity >> Internet >> Custom Level
Scroll almost all the way to the bottom
There is a section labeled: Scripting
Enable - Active Scripting
When making a change, all open instances of IE must be shutdown and restarted.
In Netscape...
Click Edit >> Preferences >> Advanced.
Check the box for "Enable JavaScript"
Pop up windows can also be disabled by any security program. Check your security settings.
Here are some tips on how to keep your system running smoothly.
To remove cookies:
Internet Explorer:

>> Privacy and Security >> Cookie Manager >> View Stored Cookies >> Remove all Cookies
To clear history:
Internet Explorer:

To clear temporary Internet files:

place a check in the box that says "Empty Temporary Internet Files and Folders when browser is closed"
Netscape 6:
>> Advanced >> Cache >> Clear memory cache and Clear disk cache
